RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves Michael Ditzenberger as Principal at Neason Hill Elementary School with all benefits associated with the Act 93 Agreement, at Step 4 with a salary of $54,430 (pro-rated), with an effective date of January 22, 2019

APPROVAL TO REAPPOINT THOMAS K. WASHINGTON, AS SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS OF CRAWFORD CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby reappoints Thomas K. Washington as Superintendent of Schools of Crawford Central School District for a term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby approves the Agreement between Crawford Central School District and Thomas K. Washington, Superintendent of Schools, for a term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024, at an initial annual salary of $156,953 for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of School Directors of Crawford Central School District hereby authorizes Jan A. Feleppa, Board President, and Lisa L. Pittner, Board Secretary, to execute said Agreement on behalf of Crawford Central School District (Attachment)
